The Civil Wars - What a Great "OLD SOUTH" Sound! #MusicVideo #DianaMarySharpton

Civil Wars (3)
Introduction:
There are days when solitude is a heady wine that intoxicates you with freedom, others when it is a bitter tonic, and still others when it is a poison that makes you beat your head against the wall.”

― Colette

Yes lord, the summer heat is on! According to ABC NEWS today’s index was the hottest day of the year at whapping 103 degrees. In addition, I suffered today, because this was the third day without sleep and I was just so tired and could barely stay awake at work. Now I am home and wide awake...go figure.

I love the Civil War's previous album titled Barton Hollow, which earned them two Grammy's with songs like Poison and Wine (1), which I am including in this post. Their music has a real "OLD SOUTH" feel to it. I just love this country sound!

They just released a new self-titled album The Civil War's. The song I like so far is Dust to Dust (2).

I hope you like this selection as much as I do and have a blessed evening or morning. Thank you for your continued support. Remember music is a language and these are my thoughts tonight.

Peace and Love always
Diana Mary Sharpton
