“You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching,
Love like you'll never be hurt,
Sing like there's nobody listening,
And live like it's heaven on earth.”
~ William W. Purkey
I am feeling this music sung by the amazing Chubby Checkers & Dee Dee Sharp and titled “Slow Twist”.
The good thing about tonight is that tomorrow is Friday… so let's dance to this fact! There is really not much to say, other than it has been a difficult work week and it's almost over. Wooah…
Good news, my son and his fiancé are moving out tomorrow. All I can think about are the words "freedom", "privacy" and "seize the moment".
This post includes a brilliant poem by Emily Dickerson titled "Wild Nights". I highly recommend the poetic analysis written by http://www.enotes.com/topics/wild-nights-wild-nights/in-depth If you get a chance check it out. It says a lot!
Wild nights! Wild nights!
Were I with thee,
Wild nights should be
Futile the winds
To a heart in port,
Done with the compass,
Done with the chart.
Rowing in Eden!
Ah! the sea!
Might I but moor
To-night in thee!
