"In Plain Sight" #POETRY #FRIENDSHIP W/Marvelettes - Please Mr. Postman #MUSICVIDEO #DIANAMARYSHARPTON

Introduction:
Forgiveness is not about forgetting. It is about letting go of another person's throat......Forgiveness does not create a relationship. Unless people speak the truth about what they have done and change their mind and behavior, a relationship of trust is not possible. When you forgive someone you certainly release them from judgment, but without true change, no real relationship can be established.........Forgiveness in no way requires that you trust the one you forgive. But should they finally confess and repent, you will discover a miracle in your own heart that allows you to reach out and begin to build between you a bridge of reconciliation.........Forgiveness does not excuse anything.........You may have to declare your forgiveness a hundred times the first day and the second day, but the third day will be less and each day after, until one day you will realize that you have forgiven completely. And then one day you will pray for his wholeness......” ~ Wm. Paul Young, The Shack: Where Tragedy Confronts Eternity

In Plain Sight

I realized the depth of pain
And it’s all mine
Like yours is to you
We need to face a life style change

Mine started when I was a girl
And I wasn’t to blame
Now I blow up my world
Or in fear hide away

My dear, you feel safe to me
This I can irrefutably say
So, I in turn save you
When you need to be saved

My agony is in the solitude
I need your presence; a fact you allude
Even though we live in each others soul
So, tell your heart to step up; be bold!

As, I've forgotten any difficulties transpired
The moment you reached out; elation emerged
For this pleasing touch means everything to me
So, I cried in joyful communion, unreservedly

I have added the lyrics below for your reading pleasure.

"Please Mr. Postman"(3)
(Stop)
Oh yes, wait a minute Mister Postman
(Wait)
Wait Mister Postman
Please Mister Postman, look and see
(Oh yeah)
If there's a letter in your bag for me
(Please, Please Mister Postman)
Why's it takin' such a long time
(Oh yeah)
For me to hear from that boy of mine
There must be some word today
From my boyfriend so far away
Pleas Mister Postman, look and see
If there's a letter, a letter for me
I've been standin' here waitin' Mister Postman
So patiently
For just a card, or just a letter
Sayin' he's returnin' home to me
(Mister Postman)
Mister Postman, look and see
(Oh yeah)
If there's a letter in your bag for me
(Please, Please Mister Postman)
Why's it takin' such a long time
(Oh yeah)
For me to hear from that boy of mine
So many days you passed me by
See the tears standin' in my eyes
You didn't stop to make me feel better
By leavin' me a card or a letter
(Mister Postman)
Mister Postman, look and see
(Oh yeah)
If there's a letter in your bag for me
(Please, Please Mister Postman)
Why's it takin' such a long time
(Why don't you check it and see one more time for me, you gotta)
Wait a minute
Wait a minute
Wait a minute
Wait a minute
(Mister Postman)
Mister Postman, look and see
(C'mon deliver the letter, the sooner the better)
Mister Postman

I have missed you so much...
Peace and Love Always, Diana
