To do with you what spring does with the cherry trees.” ~ Pablo Neruda
After all, you cannot handle a woman like me!
And when I arrived home, there you stand
Masculine, sexy as hell, naked; my loving man
Sugar, I’m not going to play with you tonight
As you pull me close; holding me ever so tight
And your lips gently brush the softness of mine
I feel you, rock hard; as shivers quiver up my spine
I will not resist or fight it, I’m in on this ride
As you slowly, seduce body, soul, and mind
Pulling me to bed, I know what you’re trying to do
Demonstrate tenderly on who can handle whom
And it’s the essence on why I’m in love with you
As a spat evaporates and sweat beads up on two
Baby, at the end of the day, I stand corrected
Manage me anytime! I adore all of this affection

I understand the quote and subsequently was inspired to write the above poem. It is all about that heat! No recommendations... smile.
It is that time again on a Monday evening, listening to music, sipping a little wine and thinking about everything. I feel real good, right about now.
That said, the song tonight, it is a favorite and a classic especially on this particular Monday night. It is sung by the amazing Sugarland Express and is titled “Tonight”… Come on sugar, I wrote you a poem, so look up the lyrics... It's all about love or passion or lust or sex... or all the above.
This song is straight up a country soul genre. Remember, you are welcome to join my blog at www.dianasharpton.com and my website www.dianamarysharpton.com, don’t be shy. Oh FYI! I have added those Pinterest albums back just in case you are interested and finally... music is a language and these are my thoughts tonight...
I hope you like this selection and have a blessed evening or morning. Thank you for your continued support.
Peace and Love always
