4.         The forming of an opinion, estimate, notion, or conclusion, as from circumstances presented to the mind: Our judgment as to the cause of his failure must rest on the evidence.
The opinion formed

Belief or judgment that rests on grounds insufficient to produce complete certainty.

A personal view, attitude, or appraisal.

The formal expression of a professional judgment: to ask for a second medical     opinion

Law. The formal statement by a judge or court of the reasoning and the principles of law used in reaching a decision of a case

A judgment or estimate of a person or thing with respect to character, merit, etc.: to forfeit someone's good opinion.

The following excert is going to be based on personal opinion and experience. I have found that people in my life develop OPINIONs which are based on personal bias or one sided perception and then place JUDGEMENTs which neither reflect the total picture or the three dimensional truth of who you are or what the total elements of the situation developing can be or how they can honestly be mitigated…

I don’t take lightly miss guided perception or opinion. It tells me that the person(s) in question are approaching situations which involve me with a negative assessment and or connotation of my abilities, personality, character and or judgment. They indulge in finding the speck in my eye without understanding the log in their’s.
