The Soulful Styling’s of Etta James

I am not sure if any of you remember the Jaguar commercial that was launched in 1995 but that was when I was introduced to Etta James with the song At Last (1) and I fell in love with her music. Remember I did not grow up in the US so bear with me and don’t laugh. I am also going to include Stormy Weather (3). Etta James had a voice that was soulful and passionate. I just love all her music.

Anyway, being a romantic, I thought it might be fun to listen to some hard core R&B, from back in the day, to just warm the soul tonight. This is where my mind is and always will be because I am forever lost in love.

Katy Perry Roars - on a Tuesday

It's a slow Tuesday and I am going to post music for now. Well it looks like Katy Perry has released a new video titled Roar (1). The music and lyrics are pretty good.
