“A kiss is a secret told to the mouth instead of the ear; kisses are the messengers of love and tenderness.” ~ Ingrid Bergman
Monday and it was a good day! Maybe it’s the music in my heart which was inspired by a lovely poem written by Stormy Angel. The song is titled "Tenderly"(2) and this rendition is sung by Norah Jones. "Tenderly" is a popular song published in 1946 with music by Walter Gross and lyrics by Jack Lawrence and sung by many famous singers such as Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole and so many others. The version sung by Norah Jones is considered a Piano Jazz genre and I highly recommend this sensitive, smooth sound; as a matter of fact I recommend all of her music. It's all just perfect and right! The video was uploaded on YOUTUBE, Apr 22, 2010 by iCurlee.
Tenderly (3)
The evening breeze
Caressed the trees, tenderly
The trembling trees
Embraced the breeze, tenderly
Then you and I
Came wandering by
And lost in a sigh
Were we
The shore was kissed
By sea and mist, tenderly
I can't forget
How two hearts met
Breathlessly
Your arms opened wide
And closed me inside
You took my lips
You took my love
So tenderly
Your arms opened wide
And closed me inside
You took my lips
You took my love
So tenderly
Thank you for your continued support. I pray you are having a blessed evening or morning. Remember music is my language and these are my thoughts tonight.
Peace and Love Always Diana
You are always on my mind Sugar...
You are always on my mind Sugar...
