“Someone asked me, "Are there no good men where you are?" And I answered, "I think there are good men everywhere. It's never about finding good people; it's about finding one person.”

― C. JoyBell C.

The last Saturday of 2019 and I have come across two brilliant people, on twitter no less! The gorgeous singer, song-writer, author and 2012 Grammy Nominee Linda Chorney and her very significant other Scott Fadynich.

In addition to Linda's many accomplishments, she is an award-winning filmmaker of Feature Film, "WHEN I SING" and beautiful rebel!

Well you know how I do...

The song that I am going to feature this evening is a brilliant sexy song titled “Penguin Blues”(2) . Yes Lord, she can sing the blues honey.... The song is the eleventh track on Linda's 2012 Grammy Nominated albumn titled "Emotional Jukebox". I would recommend the album or this track for $1.29 .... check it out

"Grammy Nominee, Award Winning Filmmaker, Director, Author, Public Speaker, Rebel.

Linda Chorney, the poster child of the Independent Artist, is an American Singer-Songwriter who has been slugging it out in the entertainment field for the last 4 decades. She made history as the first independent artist to be nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Americana Album in 2012. Since then, Chorney has written her autobiographic adventures, produced an award winning Documentary, The Opening Act, and most recently, produced, wrote and starred in her multi-award winning docudrama, When I Sing.

Chorney has been a featured speaker at TEDx, Sundance, NAMM, and Berklee's ReThink Music, as well as a guest teacher for “songwriting therapy”, at  the School of Rock, in Colorado.  She was also awarded Tucson’s Woman of Influence for Arts and Culture in 2017.

Through the power of her music, Linda has contributed charitable work and performances for The Boys and Girls Clubs, The USVA, Light of Day Foundation, and Where Angels Play Foundation. In addition, her humanitarian efforts have helped erect the Martin Richard Statue.

Chorney’s inspiring, humorous, and informative talks about the music business as an independent artist, in addition to receiving critical acclaim, are like a giant, entertaining therapy session for the audience. The infamous Chorney is considered an underdog hero.

Chorney has performed on all seven continents, for crowds of up to 250 thousand, for Nelson Mandela, and shared the stage and/or opened for Bruce Springsteen, The Beach Boys, Michael McDonald, Train, Sheryl Crow, Paul Simon, Jackson Browne, Air Supply, Pat Benatar, Dave Mason, and more."

The lyrics have been added for your reading pleasure!

"Penguin Blues" (3)
When The In Falls Out Of Love It's Time To Go
When The Sun No Longer Shines When He Walks Through The Door
And My Heart Becomes Cold And Beats For Him No More
When The In Falls Out Of Love It's Time To Go

How Can It Be That One Minute I Can't See
Without His Arms Wrapped Around Me
And The Next Thing I Know
I Can't Stand Another Day Another Minute Another Second
It's Time To Hit The Road
When The In Falls Out Of Love It's Time To Go

What Part Of The Equations Missing
When A And B Equals No More Kissing
When You Minus Me Equals X I Am Perplexed
When It's No Longer Fun Me Over You Equals Done
And I Can't Figure Out Y

It's Not That I Don't Care
I Love You But This Is Going Nowhere
It Was Good For A Spell Till We Went Downhill
Are We Meant To Be Like Penguins Only Having One Mate
Well This Birds Got Fluttering Wings And I Got A Fly

When The In Falls Out Of Love It's Time To Go
