Introduction
“Life is a journey we will meet a lot of temporary people,
But we will meet a person who will be with us till the end of the journey,
Even they enter our journey in between yet they will be sharing the ups and downs in our journey.”
― I'm salmiah
The song was written by Graeham George Goble, an Australian musician,
singer-songwriter and record producer, best known as a founding member of
Australian this brilliant rock group Little River Band.
Little River Band is brand new to me and I love this old school
music... Yes! The Bands' genre is considered Rock, AOR, pop rock,
soft rock.
The song "Lady" is the 6th track on their album titled "Sleeper Catcher" released in 1978.
The video published on Mar 18, 2018 by Eric Faw on YouTube.
I have listed the lyrics to the song below for your reading pleasure.

Look around you, look up here
Take time to make time, make time to be there
Look around, be a part
Feel for the winter but don't have a cold heart
And I love you best
You're not like the rest (c'mon sing it out)
You're there when I need you
You're there when I need
I'm gonna need you
A long time ago, I had a lady to love
She made me think of things I never thought of
Now she's gone and I'm on my own
A love song has come into my mind
A love song, it was there all the time
So lady, let me take a look at you now
You're there on the dance floor, making me want you somehow
So lady, I think it's only fair I should say to you
Don't be thinkin' that I don't want you, maybe I do
Look around you, come to me
I have no answers but know where I wanna be
I look around, yeah, play a part
I was born in the winter and cooled by a warm heart
And I love you best
You're not like the rest
You're there when I need you
You're there when I need
I'm gonna need you
So lady, let me take a look at you now
You're there on the dance floor, making me want you somehow
So lady, I think it's only fair I should say to you
Don't be thinkin' that I don't want you, maybe I do
Don't be thinkin' that I don't want you, lady I do
I want a lady
I want a lady
I want a Mississippi lady
Oh-whoa, I want a Sam's Town lady
Sam's Town you've been fantastic
Thanks very much for being in the live part
We'll see you next time
